[When entering the field,]  select up to 1 character with LV7 or lower and discard it. Look at 3 cards from the top of your deck, choose up to 1 card with intervention from them , reveal it and add it to your hand, and place the remaining cards under the deck in any order. If a card is added to your hand, discard 1 card from your hand.
