Set this event to one of your Level 6 or higher Characters on the Scene. If you set it, choose up to one Character of Level 6 or lower and remove it.
[During Opponent's Turn] When this event that was set to a Character is placed in the Remove Area, choose up to one Character with the "Police" trait that is Level 5 or lower in your Remove Area and add it to your hand.
